नीमच। Prohibition Resolution मद्य निषेध संकल्‍प दिवस अंतर्गत सेमिनार सह प्रतियोगिता आयोजित। सामाजिक संस्‍था समर्पण फाउण्‍डेशन द्वारासीईओं जिला पंचायत श्री गुरूप्रसाद तथा उपसंचालक सामाजिक न्‍याय एवं दिव्‍यांगजन सशक्तिकरण विभाग एवं अति. सीईओं श्री अ‍रविन्‍द डामोर के निर्देशन में एवं नोडल अधिकारी जिला समन्‍वयक जन अभियान परिषद वीरेन्‍द्र सिंह ठाकुर एवं संस्‍था अध्‍यक्ष श्रीमती मीरा थापा के मार्गदर्शन में राष्‍ट्रपिता महात्‍मा गांधी की पुण्‍यतिथी के उपलक्ष्‍य में मद्य निषेध संकल्‍प दिवस के अवसर पर समाजकार्य स्‍नातक एवं स्‍नातकोत्‍तर के विद्यार्थियों हेतु नशा मुक्त भारत अभियान पर सेमिनार सह वाद-विवाद प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन स्‍वामी विवेकानंद शासकीय स्‍नातकोत्‍तर  महाविद्यालय नीमच में किया गया।

आयोजन में मुख्‍य अतिथि महाविद्यालय के प्रो डॉ संजय जोशी थे, अध्‍यक्षता संयुक्‍त सचिव सुश्री जया सोनी थे। वाद-विवाद प्रतियोगिता में बी.एस.डब्‍ल्‍यू ग्रुप में जयप्रकाश लोधा ने प्रथम, प्रवीण सोनी ने द्वितीय, अंबिका चौहान ने तृतीय स्‍थान तथा एम.एस.डब्‍लयू  ग्रुप में अभिषेक चोहान ने प्रथम, आकाश चौहान ने द्वितीय एवं राहुल माली ने तृतीय स्‍थान प्राप्‍त किया जिन्‍हें अतिथियों द्वारा प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान कर पुरूस्‍कृत किया गया। डॉ जोशी ने कहा कि आज देश में सबसे ज्‍यादा नशा युवा कर रहे है जो चिंता का विषय है।

युवको के साथ साथ महानगरों में युवतियॉ भी नशे का शौक पाल रही है जिससे हमारी आने वाली पीढी पर संकट मंडरा रहा है। नशे से युवाओं की उर्जाशक्ति कम हो रही है, जिससे समाज में असंतुलन की स्थिति हो रही है। बच्‍चों और युवाओं को नशामुक्‍त रखना हमारी पहली जिम्‍मेदारी है। अभिभावक अपने बच्‍चों का ध्‍यान रखे, अगर नशा कर  रहे  है तो उन्‍हें तुरंत रोके। नशा केवल और केवल बर्बादी है इसके अलावा कुछ नहीं। संयुक्‍त सचिव जया सोनी द्वारा विद्यार्थियों को स्‍वयं नशा नहीं करने एवं दूसरों को भी नशा त्‍यागने के लिए प्रेरित करने हेतु मार्गदर्शन दिया।

रेडक्रॉस नशामुक्ति केन्‍द्र के मनावैज्ञानिक श्री तिवारी ने नशे के विभिन्‍न प्रकारो को बताते हुए नशामुक्ति केन्‍द्र में भर्ती करने एवं नशा छुडाने की प्रक्रिया से सभी को अवगत कराया। इस अवसर पर जन अभियान परिषद के परामर्शदाता श्रीमती सरीता शर्मा, मीनू  त्रिपाठी, श्‍वेता जोशी एवं समस्‍त विद्यार्थी उपस्थित थे। संचालन एवं आभार जन अभियान परिषद के पवन कुमरावत ने किया।

Seminar cum competition organized under Prohibition Resolution Day

Today, youth are taking maximum amount of drugs in the country which is a matter of concern – Dr. Joshi

Neemuch. Social organization Samarpan Foundation, CEO District Panchayat Shri Guruprasad and Deputy Director Social Justice and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Department and Atti. Under the direction of CEO Mr. Arvind Damor and under the guidance of Nodal Officer District Coordinator Jan Abhiyan Parishad Virendra Singh Thakur and Institution President Mrs. Meera Thapa, on the occasion of Sankalp Diwas for Prohibition of Alcohol on the occasion of the death anniversary of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi, de-addiction for social work graduate and post-graduate students. Seminar cum debate competition on Free India Campaign was organized at Swami Vivekananda Government Post Graduate College, Neemuch.

The chief guest at the event was Prof. Dr. Sanjay Joshi of the college, Joint Secretary Ms. Jaya Soni was presiding. In the debate competition, in BSW group, Jaiprakash Lodha stood first, Praveen Soni stood second, Ambika Chauhan stood third and in MSW group, Abhishek Chohan stood first, Akash Chauhan stood second and Rahul Mali stood third. Received and were honored by the guests with certificates. Dr. Joshi said that today the maximum number of drug addicts in the country are youth, which is a matter of concern.

Along with the young men, the girls in the metropolitan cities are also taking up drug addiction due to which our future generations are in danger. Drug addiction is reducing the energy of the youth, leading to imbalance in the society. It is our first responsibility to keep children and youth drug free. Parents should take care of their children, if they are taking drugs then stop them immediately. Addiction is only and only a waste, nothing else. Joint Secretary Jaya Soni guided the students not to take drugs themselves and to inspire others to also give up drugs.

Shri Tiwari, a psychologist at the Red Cross De-addiction Centre, explained the different types of addiction and informed everyone about the process of admission to the de-addiction center and de-addiction. On this occasion, Jan Abhiyan Parishad’s counselor Mrs. Sarita Sharma, Meenu Tripathi, Shweta Joshi and all the students were present. Pawan Kumrawat of Jan Abhiyan Parishad did the operation and vote of thanks.
