नीमच। Mutton Fish and Chicken मटन मछली व चिकन व्यवसाइयों को लॉटरी द्वारा स्थान का किया निर्धारण, सीएमओ की उपस्थिति में सम्पन्न हुई कार्यवाही। मटन, मछली व चिकन को खुले में बेचे जाने पर प्रतिबंध संबंधी मध्यप्रदेश शासन के निर्णय को अमली जामा पहनाने के लिये जिला प्रशासन के निर्देश पर 17 दिसम्बर को आयोजित बैठक में स्लाटर हाऊस व मटन मार्केट में अपनी दूकान स्थानांतरित करने पर सहमति प्रदान करने वाले नीमच शहर के मटन, मछली व चिकन व्यवसाइयों को व्यवसाय हेतु लॉटरी द्वारा स्थान का निर्धारण सोमवार को नगरपालिका कार्यालय स्थित परिषद् हॉल में मुख्य नगरपालिका अधिकारी महेन्द्र वशिष्ठ की उपस्थिति में किया गया।

42 दुकानों को स्थान का निर्धारण किया

जिसमें कुल 42 दुकानों को स्थान का निर्धारण किया गया। जिसमें 26 मटन व चिकन व्यसाइयों तथा 16 मछली व्यवसाइयों को स्थान का निर्धारण किया गया। राजस्व अधिकारी टेकचन्द बुनकर, स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी  कन्हैयालाल शर्मा द्वारा मुख्य नगरपालिका अधिकारी उपस्थिति में स्थान निर्धारण की प्रक्रिया लॉटरी द्वारा सम्पन्न कराई।

स्थान निर्धारण की प्रक्रिया के प्रारंभ में मुख्य नगरपालिका अधिकारी श्री वशिष्ठ व राजस्व अधिकारी श्री बुनकर ने उपस्थित मटन, मछली व चिकन व्यवसाइयों को शासन के आदेश व शासन के आदेश पर नगरपालिका परिषद्, नीमच के द्वारा की जा रही कार्यवाही से अवगत कराया तथा स्पष्ट रूप से हिदायत दी गई कि, स्थान निर्धारण के पश्चात् निर्धारित स्थान के अतिरिक्त शहर में कहीं भी खुले में मटन, मछली व चिकन विक्रय होता पाया गया तो संबंधित के खिलाफ नियमानुसार सख्त कार्यवाही की जावेगी, जिसकी जवाबदारी स्वयं व्यवसाई की होगी।

स्थान निर्धारण की प्रक्रिया के दौरान सहायक राजस्व निरीक्षक महावीर जैन, महेन्द्र साहू, नपा के स्वच्छता निरीक्षक अशोक अहीर, भारतसिंह भारद्वाज, संदीप चौहान, हेमन्त कलोसिया तथा बड़ी संख्या में मछली, मटन व चिकन व्यवसाई उपस्थित थे।

In a meeting held on December 17 on the instructions of the district administration to implement the decision of the Madhya Pradesh government regarding the ban on open sale of mutton, fish and chicken, Neemuch farmers agreed to shift their shops to the slaughter house and mutton market. The location for business of mutton, fish and chicken traders of the city was determined by lottery on Monday in the presence of Chief Municipal Officer Mahendra Vashishtha in the Council Hall located at the Municipal Office.

In which locations were determined for a total of 42 shops. In which places were allotted to 26 mutton and chicken traders and 16 fish traders. The process of determining the place was completed by lottery by Revenue Officer Tekchand Bunkar, Health Officer Kanhaiyalal Sharma in the presence of the Chief Municipal Officer.

At the beginning of the process of location determination, Chief Municipal Officer Mr. Vashishtha and Revenue Officer Mr. Weaver informed the present mutton, fish and chicken traders about the government orders and the action being taken by the Municipal Council, Neemuch on the government orders and clearly explained It was instructed that, after determining the place, if mutton, fish and chicken are found being sold in the open anywhere in the city other than the designated place, then strict action will be taken against the person concerned as per the rules, for which the businessman himself will be responsible.

During the process of location determination, Assistant Revenue Inspector Mahavir Jain, Mahendra Sahu, NAP Sanitation Inspector Ashok Ahir, Bharat Singh Bhardwaj, Sandeep Chauhan, Hemant Kalosia and a large number of fish, mutton and chicken businessmen were present.
