रानी अवंती बाई लोधी और रानी दुर्गावती के सम्मान में पुरस्कार शुरू करने का निर्णय

दोनो वीरांगनाओं को आदर्श मानते हुए उनके जीवन पर अध्ययन करने वालो को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए फेलोशिप शुरू की जाएगी। भावी पीढ़ी को रानी अवंती बाई लोधी और रानी दुर्गावती के आदर्श जीवन से परिचय कराने के लिए फिल्म बनाई जायेगी और साथ ही विश्वविद्यालयों, महाविद्यालयों और विद्यालयों के पाठ्यक्रम में प्रेरणादायी विषय शामिल किया जाएगा।

रानी दुर्गावती श्रीअन्न प्रोत्साहन योजना लागू करने का निर्णय

मंत्री-परिषद ने श्रीअन्न के उत्पादन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए रानी दुर्गावती श्रीअन्न प्रोत्साहन योजना लागू करने का निर्णय लिया है। योजना के अंतर्गत श्रीअन्न – कोदो-कुटकी, रागी, ज्वार, बाजरा आदि के उत्पादन करने वाले किसानों को प्रति किलो 10 रुपए की राशि प्रदान की जाएगी। यह राशि सीधे किसानों के खाते में अंतरित की जाएगी।

मध्यप्रदेश में कोदो- कुटकी की खेती मण्डला, डिण्डोरी, बालाघाट, छिन्दवाड़ा, अनूपपुर, सीधी, सिंगरौली, उमरिया, शहडोल, सिवनी और बैतूल जिलों में होती है। कोदो-कुटकी के किसानों की आय में वृद्धि के लिए फसल उत्पादन, भण्डारण, प्रोसेसिंग, मार्केटिंग, उपार्जन, ब्राण्ड बिल्डिंग के साथ वैल्यू चेन विकसित करने के उद्देश्य से रानी दुर्गावती श्रीअन्न प्रोत्साहन योजना लागू की जा रही है। 

उल्लेखनीय है कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा देश में एक नई मिलेट क्रांति का शुभारंभ किया है। उनकी पहल पर वर्ष 2023 को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मिलेट वर्ष घोषित किया गया है। 

तेंदूपत्ता संग्रहण दर अब 4 हजार रुपए प्रति बोरा

मंत्री-परिषद ने तेन्दूपत्ता संग्रहण दर में वृद्धि करने का निर्णय लिया हैं। तेंदूपत्ता संग्रहण की दर 3 हजार रुपए प्रति मानक बोरा से बढ़ाकर 4 हजार रुपए प्रति मानक बोरा की गई है। इस निर्णय से प्रदेश के 35 लाख तेन्दूपत्ता संग्राहकों को लगभग 165 करोड़ रुपए का अतिरिक्त पारिश्रमिक प्राप्त होगा।

उल्लेखनीय है कि पूर्व वर्षो में तेंदूपत्ता संग्रहण दर 1 हज़ार 250 रुपए प्रति बोरा थी। वर्ष 2022 से इसे बढ़ाकर 3 हजार रुपए प्रति बोरा की गई थी। अब तेंदूपत्ता संग्रहण दर 4 हजार रुपए प्रति बोरा कर दिया गया है। 

ग्वालियर व्यापार मेले में मोटरयान कर की दर पर 50% की छूट देने का निर्णय

मंत्री-परिषद द्वारा ग्वालियर व्यापार मेले को व्यापक स्वरूप देने और ऑटोमोबाइल सेक्टर में बिक्री को बढ़ावा देने के लिए मोटर साईकिल, मोटर कार तथा हल्के वाहनों के विक्रय पर नियमों के अधीन मोटरयान कर की दर पर 50% की छूट देने का निर्णय लिया गया है। इस निर्णय से ग्वालियर व्यापार मेले में व्यापार, पर्यटन एवं औद्योगिक गतिविधियों को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।

उल्लेखनीय है कि ग्वालियर व्यापार मेला मध्यप्रदेश के सबसे बड़े और सबसे प्रसिद्ध व्यापार मेलों में से एक है। इस मेले ने राष्ट्रीय और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय ख्याति अर्जित कर ली है। ग्वालियर व्यापार मेले में ग्वालियर चंबल क्षेत्र और आस-पास के राज्यों से लाखों लोग आते है।

32 हजार करोड़ रूपये की सिंचाई परियोजनाओं की अनुमति

मंत्री-परिषद ने मध्यप्रदेश में बुनियादी सिंचाई सुविधाओं का विकास करने की दृष्टि से और सिंचाई का रकबा बढ़ाने के लिए 32 हजार करोड़ रुपए की सिंचाई परियोजनाओं के निर्माण की कार्यवाही की अनुमति दी है। मंत्री-परिषद ने प्रदेश में 4 हजार 500 करोड़ रुपए की लागत के सड़क निर्माण के नए कार्यों को प्रारंभ करने की स्वीकृति दी है । यह प्रदेश के अधोसंरचना विकास की दिशा में बड़ा कदम है।

Bhopal. A meeting of the Council of Ministers was held at Shakti Bhawan, Jabalpur under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. Various decisions in public interest were taken by the Council of Ministers. The Council of Ministers has decided to start an award in honor of the brave queens Rani Avanti Bai Lodhi and Rani Durgavati, while paying tribute to them. Rani Avanti Bai Lodhi Samman and Rani Durgavati Samman will be given every year. This honor will be given to social worker women who struggle and succeed in adverse circumstances.

Considering both the brave women as role models, a fellowship will be started to encourage those who study their lives. A film will be made to introduce the future generation to the ideal life of Rani Avanti Bai Lodhi and Rani Durgavati and will also include inspirational topics in the curriculum of universities, colleges and schools.

Decision to implement Rani Durgavati Shri Anna Promotion Scheme

The Council of Ministers has decided to implement Rani Durgavati ShriAnn Protsahan Yojana to promote the production of food grains. Under the scheme, an amount of Rs 10 per kg will be provided to the farmers producing grains like Kodo-Kutki, Ragi, Jowar, Bajra etc. This amount will be transferred directly to the farmers’ accounts.

In Madhya Pradesh, Kodo-Kutki is cultivated in Mandla, Dindori, Balaghat, Chhindwara, Anuppur, Sidhi, Singrauli, Umaria, Shahdol, Seoni and Betul districts. Rani Durgavati Shri Anna Protsahan Yojana is being implemented with the aim of developing value chain along with crop production, storage, processing, marketing, procurement, brand building to increase the income of farmers of Kodo-Kutki.

It is noteworthy that a new millet revolution has been launched in the country by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. On his initiative the year 2023 has been declared the International Millet Year.

Tendupatta collection rate now Rs 4 thousand per bag

The Council of Ministers has decided to increase the tendu leaf collection rate. The rate of tendu leaf collection has been increased from Rs 3 thousand per standard bag to Rs 4 thousand per standard bag. With this decision, 35 lakh tendu leaf collectors of the state will get additional remuneration of about Rs 165 crore.

It is noteworthy that in previous years the tendu leaf collection rate was Rs 1,250 per bag. From the year 2022, it was increased to Rs 3 thousand per bag. Now tendu leaf collection rate has been increased to Rs 4 thousand per bag.

Decision to give 50% discount on motor vehicle tax rate in Gwalior Trade Fair

In order to give a comprehensive look to the Gwalior Trade Fair and to promote sales in the automobile sector, the Council of Ministers has decided to give 50% discount on the rate of motor vehicle tax under the rules on the sale of motor cycles, motor cars and light vehicles. . This decision will promote trade, tourism and industrial activities in the Gwalior Trade Fair.

It is noteworthy that Gwalior Trade Fair is one of the largest and most famous trade fairs of Madhya Pradesh. This fair has gained national and international fame. Lakhs of people from Gwalior Chambal region and surrounding states come to Gwalior Trade Fair.

Permission for irrigation projects worth Rs 32 thousand crores

The Council of Ministers has given permission for the construction of irrigation projects worth Rs 32 thousand crores with a view to develop basic irrigation facilities in Madhya Pradesh and to increase the area under irrigation. The Council of Ministers has approved starting new road construction works worth Rs 4 thousand 500 crore in the state. This is a big step towards the infrastructure development of the state.
