प्रधानमंत्री श्री मोदी को श्रीमती रूबीना ने बताया कि वह वर्ष 2017 में आजीविका मिशन के स्व-सहायता समूह से जुड़ी। समूह में सबसे पहले उन्होंने ही 5 हजार का ऋण लिया और फेरी लगाकर कपड़े बेचने कार्य प्रारम्भ किया। कपड़े बेचने से आय बढ़ने लगी। उन्होंने इसके बाद समूह एवं बैंक से ऋण लेकर मारूती वेन खरीदी, जिससे गांव-गांव जाकर कपड़े एवं कटलरी का सामान बेचने लगी। आर्थिक स्थिति सुद्ढ़ हुई तो उन्होंने बैंक से ऋण लेकर टवेरा गाड़ी खरीदी, जिससे उनके बेटे को भी रोजगार मिला।

मारूती एवं टवेरा से फायदा होने पर रूबीना बी ने रेडिमेड कपड़े की दुकान देवास में खोली। रूबीना बी आज वे 20 से 25 हजार रुपए तक की आय अर्जित कर रही है। उनके पति बकरी पालन कार्य, बेटा टवेरा एवं वेन का संचालन और वे कपड़े की दुकान का संचालन करती है। साथ ही वे आजीविका मिशन में सीआरपी के रूप में भी कार्य कर रही है। प्रधानमंत्री श्री मोदी ने श्रीमती रूबीना के जीवन संघर्ष  और निरंतर आगे बढ़ते रहने की भावना के लिए अभिनंदन किया। उन्होंने श्रीमती रूबीना को उनकी बेटियों को उच्च शिक्षा देने और आगे बढ़ने के लिए प्रेरित भी किया।

प्रधानमंत्री श्री मोदी ने कहा कि विकसित भारत संकल्प यात्रा पूरे देश में सरकार की प्रमुख योजनाओं को अंतिम छोर तक पहुंचाने के प्रयासों को सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से चलाई जा रही है। इससे इन योजनाओं का लाभ समयबद्ध तरीके से सभी लक्षित लाभार्थियों तक पहुंचेगा। प्रधानमंत्री श्री मोदी ने कहा कि विकसित भारत संकल्प यात्रा को गांव-गांव के विकास का महोत्सव बनाएं, जिसके पास खुद का घर नही है, उसे घर मिले, जिसे गैस सिलेंडर नहीं मिला, उसे सिलेंडर मिले और जो किसी कारण स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं से वंचित रह गया हो उसे आयुष्मान कार्ड मिले।

इस तरह भारत शासन की सभी योजनाओं का लाभ प्रत्येक पात्र व्यक्ति और परिवार को मिले। प्रधानमंत्री श्री मोदी ने उत्तराखंड, त्रिपुरा, राजस्थान और तमिलनाडु के हितग्राहियों से भी संवाद किया। प्रधानमंत्री श्री मोदी ने पीएम आवास योजना, उज्ज्वला योजना, जल जीवन मिशन, पीएम किसान सम्मान निधि, पीएम जन धन योजना, पीएम विश्वकर्मा कौशल सम्मान योजना, आभा हेल्थ आईडी कार्ड, नमो ड्रोन दीदी योजना, एक जिला-एक उत्पाद और वोकल फॉर लोकल जैसी केंद्र सरकार की कल्याणकारी योजनाओं और अभियानों का लाभ विकसित भारत संकल्प यात्रा के दौरान हितग्राहियों को दिलाने का आह्वाहन किया। उन्होंने कहा कि जो हकदार है उसे हक दिलाना एक पुण्य का कार्य है। सभी के प्रयासों से ही विकसित भारत का विराट संकल्प सिद्ध होगा।

Bhopal . Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi said that it is my dream to make at least 2 crore didis among the women associated with self-help groups in the country become millionaires. If the women of the village are prosperous then the country will become prosperous. Only the confidence of the mothers and sisters of the country is going to make the country self-reliant.

Prime Minister Shri Modi virtually interacted with Mrs. Rubina B of Dewas district in Madhya Pradesh through VC in the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra program. Prime Minister Shri Modi talked to Mrs. Rubina B about her life struggle, benefits and achievements received from the government scheme. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav joined the VC in the program at the Ministry.

Mrs. Rubina told Prime Minister Shri Modi that she joined the self-help group of Livelihood Mission in the year 2017. He was the first in the group to take a loan of Rs 5,000 and started selling clothes through hawking. Income from selling clothes started increasing. After this, she bought a Maruti van by taking loan from the group and the bank and started selling clothes and cutlery items from village to village.

When his financial situation improved, he took a loan from the bank and bought a Tavera car, which also provided employment to his son. After profiting from Maruti and Tavera, Rubina B opened a readymade clothes shop in Dewas. Rubina B.

Today she is earning an income of Rs 20 to 25 thousand. Her husband runs goat rearing business, sons Tavera and Wayne run it and she runs a clothes shop. Besides, she is also working as CRP in Livelihood Mission. Prime Minister Shri Modi congratulated Mrs. Rubina for her struggle in life and her spirit to keep moving forward. He also inspired Mrs. Rubina to pursue and give higher education to her daughters.

Prime Minister Shri Modi said that Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra is being run across the country with the aim of ensuring efforts to take the major schemes of the government to the last mile. With this, the benefits of these schemes will reach all the targeted beneficiaries in a time bound manner. Prime Minister Shri Modi said that Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra should be made a festival of village-to-village development, those who do not have their own houses should get houses, those who did not get gas cylinders should get cylinders and those who were deprived of health services due to some reason.

He should have got Ayushman card. In this way, every eligible person and family should get the benefits of all the schemes of the Government of India. Prime Minister Shri Modi also interacted with the beneficiaries of Uttarakhand, Tripura, Rajasthan and Tamil Nadu.

Prime Minister Shri Modi launched PM Awas Yojana, Ujjwala Yojana, Jal Jeevan Mission, PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, PM Jan Dhan Yojana, PM Vishwakarma Kaushal Samman Yojana, Abha Health ID Card, Namo Drone Didi Yojana, One District-One Product and Vocal for Local. He called for providing the benefits of Central Government’s welfare schemes and campaigns to the beneficiaries during the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra. He said that giving rights to those who deserve it is an act of virtue. Only through everyone’s efforts will the great resolve of a developed India be fulfilled.

Union Minister of Chemicals and Fertilizers and Minister of Health and Family Welfare, Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, in his welcome address, highlighted the vision, objectives and current status of Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra. A short film based on the progress, publicity and achievements of Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra was also screened in the programme.

Mandsaur. Under the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra, MP Sudhir Gupta reached village Alori Garwada and Luhariya Chundawat of Javad Assembly and reviewed the schemes of the Central and State Government and distributed benefits to the eligible beneficiaries.

During this, listened to the address of the country’s famous Prime Minister Narendra Modi. MP Sudhir Gupta, while giving information to the villagers regarding the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra, said that the objective of the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra is to ensure that the benefits of the public welfare schemes of the Central Government reach the last person in the queue.

In the programme, Ayushman Card is being made by the Health Department under which there is an eligibility for free treatment of Rs 5 lakh. Along with this, Aadhaar Card is also being made in which the complete information about the past treatment of any person is compiled. Under the Maternity Assistance Scheme, an amount of Rs 14 thousand is provided during the first and second delivery.

Under the Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchai Yojana, various types of agricultural and irrigation equipment are made available on subsidy to the farmer brothers selected in lottery by the Agriculture Department and Nano Urea and DAP are also being used.

The Animal Husbandry Department is providing subsidy on the insurance amount to the animals and also the farmers will be provided KCC on the animals, in which an amount of Rs 18,000 on each buffalo and Rs 15,000 on each cow will be provided through loan. It was informed by the Food Department that under the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Scheme, gas stoves were distributed to every family.

Along with this, the families who missed out due to some reason during Ujjwala 2.0 were also linked to the scheme by writing their names, and 380 families of the village are receiving free food grains under the Pradhan Mantri Anna Yojana.

Along with this, complete information about all the schemes was given to the villagers by the District Cooperative Bank, Women and Child Development, Revenue Department, Education Department and other departments and the eligible persons who were deprived of any scheme were also included in the schemes through the camp. Added. Apart from this, inspected the smart Anganwadi center and digital classes being conducted through LED.
