मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. यादव आज मंत्रालय कक्ष में एक बैठक में राजस्व विभाग के कार्यों गतिविधियों की समीक्षा कर रहे थे। मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. यादव ने राजस्व प्रशासन में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी के अधिकतम प्रयोग के भी अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए।

समीक्षा बैठक में साइबर तहसील व्यवस्था, संपदा पोर्टल के उपयोग, राजस्व विभाग में आधुनिक तकनीक का इस्तेमाल और राजस्व समस्याओं के स्थल पर निराकरण के संबंध में चर्चा हुई। प्रमुख सचिव राजस्व द्वारा विभाग में किए गए नवाचारों और प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी द्वारा मध्यप्रदेश में राजस्व सुधारों के लिए की गई प्रशंसा से भी अवगत कराया।

मुख्यमंत्री के प्रमुख निर्देश

• पारदर्शिता से कार्यों का संपादन हो।

• प्रशासन में आईटी का अधिकतम प्रयोग किया जाए।

• शिविर लगाकर नागरिकों की समस्याएं हल करें।

• ऑन-द-स्पॉट समाधान की कार्रवाई हो।

• पटवारी अपने मुख्यालय ग्राम पंचायत में रात्रि विश्राम करें।

• राजस्व कर्मचारियों की जवाबदेही तय करें।

• विभागीय स्तर पर दिखाई देने वाली कमियां दूर करें।

• नागरिक परेशान न हों, लापरवाही पर सख्त कार्यवाही करें।

• लंबित कार्यों की सतत् समीक्षा करें।

• अभियान संचालित कर समस्याओं का निराकरण करें।

• जहां आवश्यक हो, पुलिस बल का सहयोग लेकर नागरिकों की राजस्व दिक्कतें हल करें।

Bhopal . Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that accountability of the field staff should be ensured to resolve the issues related to the revenue of the general public like transfer, distribution, ownership rights etc. Solve revenue issues by making an action plan.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was reviewing the work and activities of the Revenue Department in a meeting in the Ministry Room today. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also instructed the officials to make maximum use of information technology in revenue administration.

In the review meeting, discussions were held regarding cyber tehsil system, use of property portal, use of modern technology in the revenue department and on-site resolution of revenue problems. Principal Secretary Revenue also informed about the innovations made in the department and the praise given by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for the revenue reforms in Madhya Pradesh.

Major instructions of the Chief Minister

Works should be executed with transparency.

Maximum use of IT should be made in administration.

Solve the problems of citizens by organizing camps.

On-the-spot solution should be implemented.

Patwari should rest for the night at his headquarters Gram Panchayat.

Fix accountability of revenue employees.

Remove the shortcomings visible at the departmental level.

Citizens should not worry, take strict action against negligence.

Continuously review the pending work.

Solve the problems by running a campaign.

Where necessary, solve the revenue problems of the citizens by taking the cooperation of the police force.

यात्रा के दौरान लाभांवित हितग्राहियों की प्रगति की जानकारी प्रतिदिन पोर्टल पर अपलोड करवायें। यह निर्देश कलेक्‍टर दिनेश जैन ने मंगलवार को कलेक्‍टोरेट सभाकक्ष नीमच में आयोजित जिला अधिकारियों की बैठक में विकसित भारत संकल्प यात्रा की प्रगति की विभागवार समीक्षा करते हुए दिए। बैठक में एडीएम सुश्री नेहा मीना, सभी एसडीएम एवं जिला अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
