विकास कार्यों की जानकारी के अभाव को लेकर अधिकारियों पर सख्त हुए सांसद

मंदसौर। District Development जिला विकास एवं समन्वय समिति दिशा की बैठक जिला पंचायत सभा कक्ष में संपन्न। जिला विकास एवं समन्वय समिति दिशा की बैठक का जिला पंचायत सभा कक्ष में संपन्न हुई बैठक की अध्यक्षता क्षेत्र के सांसद सुधीर गुप्ता ने की उन्होंने गांधी सागर क्षेत्र में चिता प्रोजेक्ट के बारे में अधिकारियों से जानकारी ली। साथ ही उन्होंने क्षेत्र के ग्रामीणों को  योजना से किसी प्रकार की हानि नहीं होने के निर्देश भी दिए । इस पर वन विभाग के अधिकारियों द्वारा कहा कि किसानों की समस्याओं का प्रमुखता के साथ निराकरण कर लिया गया और लगभग 95 प्रतिशत कार्य संपन्न हो चुका है ।

जल्द ही गांधी सागर में चीतों का क्वॉरेंटाइन शुरू किया जाएगा उन्होंने शामगढ़ सुवासरा सुक्ष्म सिंचाई परियोजना को लेकर कलेक्टर एवं जिला पंचायत सीईओ को निर्देशित किया की तीन इंजीनियरों की एक मॉनिटरिंग कमेटी बनाकर इस कार्य को उन्हें सोपा जाए और तीनों इंजीनियर अलग-अलग विभागों से लिया जाए और दो सप्ताह के भीतर गांधी सागर सुवासरा शामगढ़ सूक्ष्म सिंचाई परियोजना के कार्य की जानकारी देवें और कार्य में तेजी लावे।

सांसद गुप्ता नें मेडिकल कॉलेज के निर्माण की विस्तृत जानकारी मांगी और कहा की राज्य शासन के स्पष्ट निर्देश है कि इस वर्ष मंदसौर और नीमच में मेडिकल कॉलेज की शुरुआत होने जा रही है इसलिए तत्काल प्रभाव से प्रमुखता के साथ इस कार्य को पूर्ण किया जावे। सांसद गुप्ता ने अमृत योजना एक और योजना दो को लेकर मंदसौर सीएमओ सुधीर सिंह से जानकारी चाही इस पर उन्होंने अमृत योजना एक के पूर्ण होने की जानकारी दी वह दो के होने वाले कार्यों की जानकारी दी इस पर सांसद  ने कहा कि क्या उन्हें अमृत योजना के बारे में जानकारी है

वह विस्तृत बताएं कि वह इस योजना के बारे में जनप्रतिनिधि पार्षद और जनता को किस तरह अवगत कराते हैं जिसका स्पष्ट जवाब सीएमओ सुधीर सिंह नहीं दे सके, तो सांसद ने उन्हें सख्त लहजे में कहा कि पहले में इसका पूर्ण रूप से अध्ययन करें और साथ ही जनता को केंद्र की इस योजना के बारे में अवगत करावे उन्होंने अभिनंदन क्षेत्र में पानी की सुचारू रूप से सप्लाई न होने पर भी सख्त नाराजी जाहीर की और कहा की उन्होंने ना तो कलेक्टर ना मुझे और नहीं रेलवे से इस बारे में संपर्क किया और किया तो वह पत्र कहां है मुझे इसकी स्पष्ट जानकारी देवे।

सांसद द्वारा सीएमओ पार्षदों के बीच संवाद को लेकर पूछे जाने पर उपाध्यक्ष नम्रता चावला ने बताया कि सीएमओ साहब किसी भी पार्षद से साही लहजे  में ना तो संवाद करते हैं और ना उनकी समस्याओं को सुना जाता है कई पार्षदों के कार्य लंबित पड़े हैं।
सांसद गुप्ता ने मंदसौर सहित जिले के सभी मुख्य नगर पालिका अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि वह केंद्र की स्वच्छता अभियान योजना को प्रमुखता के साथ पालन करें । यह देश के प्रधानमंत्री की सबसे महत्वपूर्ण योजनाएं हैं और इसी के द्वारा सभी नगर पालिकाओं को समय-समय पर वहां अनुदान उपलब्ध कराए जा रहे हैं, जिसका सही उपयोग करें और उसकी पूरी जानकारी मुझ तक पहुंचवे।

सांसद गुप्ता ने तेलिया तालाब के समीप और कॉलेज ग्राउंड के समीप लगातार हो रहे तेजी से अतिक्रमण पर भी चिंता जाहीर की और मुख्य नगर पालिका अधिकारी को इस पर कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए क्योंकि कॉलेज ग्राउंड में समय-समय पर वीवीआईपी का आगमन होता रहता है ऐसे में यह भविष्य के लिए चिंता का विषय है।

सांसद गुप्ता ने विश्वकर्म योजना में अधिक से अधिक युवाओं को जोड़ना और उन्हें इसका लाभ पहुंचाने के लिए निर्देशित किया उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री मुद्रा योजना के तहत क्षेत्र के युवाओं को व्यापार से जोड़ने के लिए बैंक अधिकारियों और उद्योग विभाग के अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए और कहा की इस कार्य के लिए उचित  आवेदनों पर तुरंत विचार किया जावे और उन्हें स्वीकृत किया जावे उन्होंने बैंक के अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि वह युवाओं के लिए प्रेरणा के रूप में आगे आवे और उन्हें प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी की रोजगार गारंटी से जोड़ें और आत्मनिर्भर बनावें।

संसद गुप्ता में जिला पंचायत सीईओ से कहा कि जिले के सभी नगर पालिका अधिकारियों सड़क निर्माण की तकनीकी अधिकारियों के साथ एक बैठक का कार्यक्रम बना है ताकि सभी नगर परिषद और नगर पालिकाओं में गुणवत्ता पूर्वक सड़कों का निर्माण किया जा सके।

Mandsaur – The meeting of District Development and Coordination Committee Disha was held in the District Panchayat Sabha Hall. Area MP Sudhir Gupta presided over the meeting. He took information from the officials about the Chita Project in Gandhi Sagar area. He also instructed the villagers of the area not to suffer any loss from the scheme. On this, Forest Department officials said that the problems of the farmers have been solved with great importance and about 95 percent of the work has been completed.

Quarantine of leopards will soon be started in Gandhi Sagar. Regarding the Shamgarh Suvasra Micro Irrigation Project, he directed the Collector and District Panchayat CEO to form a monitoring committee of three engineers and entrust this work to them and all three engineers were taken from different departments. Go and give information about the work of Gandhi Sagar Suwasra Shamgarh Micro Irrigation Project within two weeks and expedite the work.

MP Gupta asked for detailed information about the construction of the medical college and said that there are clear instructions from the state government that medical colleges are going to be started in Mandsaur and Neemuch this year, hence this work should be completed with immediate effect and on priority. MP Gupta sought information from Mandsaur CMO Sudhir Singh regarding Amrit Yojana 1 and Scheme 2. On this, he informed about the completion of Amrit Yojana 1. He also informed about the work being done on Amrit Yojana 2. On this, the MP asked whether he had any information about Amrit Yojana.

If there is information about this scheme, then he should tell in detail how he informs the public representative, councilor and the public about this scheme, to which CMO Sudhir Singh could not give a clear answer, then the MP told him in a strict tone that in the first place it should be fully explained. He also expressed his strong displeasure over the lack of smooth supply of water in the Abhinandan area and said that neither he nor the Collector, nor me, nor the Railways, has asked about this.

MP Gupta directed to include more and more youth in the Vishwakarma Yojana and provide them its benefits. He gave clear instructions to the bank officials and industry department officials to connect the youth of the area with business under the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana and said that Suitable applications for this work should be immediately considered and approved. He directed the bank officials to come forward as an inspiration for the youth and connect them with the employment guarantee of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and make them self-reliant.

In Parliament, Gupta told the District Panchayat CEO that a meeting has been planned with all the municipal officers of the district and the technical officers of road construction so that quality roads can be constructed in all the city councils and municipalities.
