कलेक्टर की अध्यक्षता में गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह की तैयारियों के संबंध में बैठक संपन्न

नीमच। गणतंत्र दिवस पूरी गरीमा एवं समारोह पूर्वक मनाया जायेगा-श्री जैन। कलेक्टर दिनेश जैन की अध्यक्षता में मंगलवार को गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह की तैयारियों के संबंध में बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में कलेक्टर ने कहा, कि गणतंत्र दिवस के मुख्य समारोह में परेड की प्रस्तुति की जायगी।  झांकीया निकाली जायेगी एवं मुख्यमंत्री के संदेश का वाचन होगा।

मुख्य समारोह प्रातः9 बजे शा.बा.उ.मा.वि.क्रं.-2 के ग्राउंड पर होगा जहां मुख्य अतिथि द्वारा ध्वजारोहण किया जाएगा। बैठक में पु‍लिस अधीक्षक श्री अमितकुमार तौलानी, अपर कलेक्टर सुश्री नेहा मीना, जिला पंचायत सीईओ श्री गुरूप्रसाद सहितसभी एसडीएम, जिला अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।

बैठक में बताया गया,कि जिला मुख्यालय पर गत वर्षानुसार मुख्य अतिथि द्वारा ध्वजारोहण कर,परेड की सलामी लेकर मुख्यमंत्री जी के संदेश का वाचन किया जाएगा। समारोह मेंउत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाले शासकीय सेवकों का सम्मान किया जावेगा। गणतंत्र दिवस की संध्या को लोकतंत्र का उत्स‍व भारत पर्व का आयोजन भी किया जावेगा।

भारत पर्व में स्थानीय लोक कलाकार, देशभक्ति पूर्ण प्रस्तुति देगें। गणतंत्र दिवस की परेड में पुलिस,बीएसएफ, सीआरपीएफ होमगार्ड, वन, शौर्यादल,एनसीसी स्‍काउट एवं गाईड आदि  की प्लाटून भाग लेगी। परेड का पूर्वाभ्यास 15 जनवरी 2024 से प्रारम्भ होगा और अंतिम पूर्वाभ्यास 24 जनवरी 2024  को किया जावेगा।

 नगरीय व ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में झण्डा वन्दन एंव राष्ट्रीय गान, आयोजन स्थल पर बेरिकेटिंग, मंच लाईट लाउड स्‍पीकर, साफ-सफाई, जलपूर्ति एवं सभी आवश्यक  प्रबंध मुख्य  नगरपालिका अधिकारी नीमच द्वारा किए जायेंगे। कलेक्‍टर श्री जैन ने निर्देश दिए कि गणतंत्र दिवस पर उत्‍कृष्‍ट कार्यो के लिए सम्‍मानित करने के लिए सभी विभाग अपने विभाग से एक-एक सर्वश्रेष्‍ठ शासकीय सेवक का किये गये उल्‍लेखनीय कार्यो की टीप के साथ प्रस्‍ताव कलेक्‍टर कार्यालय की एससी-2 शाखा को भिजवाए। पिछले वर्षो में सम्‍मानित कर्मचारी के नाम की पुनरावृत्ति न हो, इसका ध्‍यान रखें।

Republic Day will be celebrated with full dignity and ceremony – Shri Jain

A meeting was held under the chairmanship of the Collector regarding the preparations for the Republic Day celebrations.

Neemuch. A meeting regarding preparations for the Republic Day celebrations was organized on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Collector Shri Dinesh Jain. In the meeting, the Collector said that a parade will be presented in the main function of Republic Day. Tableaux will be taken out and the Chief Minister’s message will be read.

The main function will be held at 9 am on the ground of S.B.U.M.V.V.No.-2 where the flag will be hoisted by the chief guest. Superintendent of Police Mr. Amit Kumar Taulani, Additional Collector Ms. Neha Meena, District Panchayat CEO Mr. Guruprasad and all SDMs and district officers were present in the meeting.

It was told in the meeting that as per last year, at the district headquarters, the chief guest will hoist the flag and take the parade salute and read out the Chief Minister’s message. Government servants doing excellent work will be honored in the ceremony. Bharat Parv, a festival of democracy, will also be organized on the evening of Republic Day.

Local folk artists will give patriotic performances at Bharat Parv. Platoons of Police, BSF, CRPF Home Guard, Forest, Shaurya Dal, NCC Scouts and Guides etc. will participate in the Republic Day Parade. The rehearsal of the parade will start from 15 January 2024 and the final rehearsal will be held on 24 January 2024.

In urban and rural areas, flag hoisting and national anthem, barricading at the venue, stage lights, loud speakers, cleanliness, water supply and all necessary arrangements will be made by the Chief Municipal Officer, Neemuch. Collector Shri Jain directed that to honor the excellent work done on Republic Day, all the departments should send the proposal to the SC-2 branch of the Collector’s office along with the note of the notable work done by one best government servant from their department. Take care that the name of the employee honored in previous years is not repeated.
